New faces on CHS sidelines

This year CHS has eight new coaches. Their names are Andrea Stewart, Ben Stites, Terry Scott, Scott Hunt, Jamie Gillies, Gavin Moore, Neal Ellis, Jed Douglas.

Coach Douglas coaches baseball and football. He has been coaching for six years. His goals for the teams are to win the state championship.

Scott Hunt has been coaching for seven years and is coaching baseball. His plans for the team are to earn their respect and to win a championship. He teaches English at CHS.

Terry Scott has been coaching for five years and is coaching girls swim team and track. His goal for the team is to win the divisions and get as many kids to the state as possible.

Jamie Gillies coaches basketball. This is her first year coaching on high school level, but she has coached AAU and Junior Pro teams in the past.

She doen’t have any plans for the team because the season hasn’t started yet. At CHS she teaches life skills and math.

Ben Stites is the football and baseball coach. This is his first year coaching. He played football and baseball in highschool, and in college he played baseball.

Andrea Stewart coaches volleyball and has been coaching for four years. Her plan for the team is to come together as a whole.

Gavin Moore coaches football and basketball. This is his first year. His goal for the team is to play to play their full potential in basketball and football

Neal Ellis coaches girls soccer and has been coaching for four years.

Sharon Bilbrey coaches volleyball, and has been doing so for nineteen years. “I recently got back into coaching for the love of the game and teaching it .”
