Home School
All Home School Testing must be arranged through Mr. MartinŐs office. Study guides are available upon request. A study guide will guide you toward things that will be emphasized on an exam but study guides are not all inclusive. There may be items on exams not mentioned on the guide. The Textbook and any other recommended supplement should also be used to prepare for exams.
It is recommended that all exams be scheduled during the summer. This will allow students to focus on the exams during a time when they are not distracted by other classes. If that is not possible, all exams must be finished within the first 9 weeks the student is enrolled at Cookeville High School.
Students may re-take an exam only once and the retake must also be taken during the first 9 weeks the student is enrolled. Therefore, the exam should be taken prior to the 8th week so the student will have time to schedule a retake if necessary.
Cookeville High School reserves the right to a 1 week waiting period if a retest is requested. At the discretion of Cookeville High School, the 2nd test may be a different test.
